At Cornerstone Club, we’re dedicated to helping you get started on the right foot. If you’re confident from the moment you step on the road, we know you’ll be along for the ride.

One way we show our commitment is by offering a few free introductory fitness classes every month. These classes give you the opportunity to try something new or different in a fearless and educational way. Small class sizes ensure individualized attention that prepares you to confidently attend regularly scheduled classes. These one-hour classes are completely free to you (except for the principles of improvisation, which cost $10).

Gym Classes For Beginners

Barre classes are great for sculpting, toning and working your muscles in a completely different way. Learn the basic moves and terminology and what to expect when you attend a regular class. Prepare for light exercise by wearing workout clothes. Classes are held in shoes. Doylestown and The Center for Wellbeing in New Hope.

Learning the fundamentals and postures will give you enough background to confidently enroll in our ongoing Tai Chi Chuan classes. Learn basic positions and principles of weight shifting, movement and stepping. This is not a “sit and listen” event. Movement is emphasized, so wear loose, comfortable clothing. Available in Warrington and at the event center in New Hope.

Feel confident when you visit our indoor cycling studio. In this class, you’ll learn proper bike setup, proper hand position and basic movements, heart rate guidelines, safety, and more. Wear workout clothes and athletic shoes and prepare for short walks. Available in Doylestown, New Hope and Warrington.
